1. The product is completely sold out, it is not possible to purchase it within a few months, its supply is uncertain.
2. The product is seasonal, ie it can be obtained in certain periods, it cannot be found on the market in other periods. For example, due to their special needs, flowering hybrid orchids Cymbidium and Miltonia are mainly available in the cooler winter period, and flowering specimens are not available in the summer. To avoid complications and misunderstandings, they are thus given an "Out of Stock" rating in the summer.
What processes cover the number of working days indicated during the expected delivery time?
If the product can be added to the cart and purchased: after the order, the product can be delivered within 1-3 working days.
Do I have to order the specified number of pieces for the orderable quantity?
No, the quantity that can be ordered only shows how many products are available, so what is the total number of pieces that can be ordered. You can also order one piece if you only need it, but you can order the maximum number of pieces the website displays.
I ordered a product, but it turned out that they still could not deliver, there is none of it. How is this possible if a certain number of pieces could be ordered for the product?
The stock register - which shows the number of pieces that can be ordered for the products - is based on the stock records of our partners. In some cases, if we have not received an indication that the stocks have run out or the stock has been recorded incorrectly, the program will also show an incorrect number. In practice, this means that the number of items shown on the products is roughly 90% reliable, especially at the lower number of items, which may not be displayed by the web store. If such a case occurs, we will notify the customer and send only the rest of the order, or cancel the order at the request of the customer.
How up-to-date and reliable is the size set for orchids and flowering information?
The set data is 99% reliable. Of course, an orchid may have blossomed and this is not yet displayed in the online store. Dimensional differences can occur with larger ochides, especially Vandas, for example, instead of a hanging specimen, we can deliver a smaller specimen, possibly with decorative glass. (In the case of a larger size difference, of course, the price also decreases / increases.)
Can an orchid be transported in winter? Does the cold cause damage?
If we do not see the weather as safe for orchid transport, we will send our plants in heated packages at no extra charge. That's why our packages go on the road in winter as well.
